add "&cat=503" to the end of the RSS link.
(without the quotes and change the category id # to which category you want)

add "&user=1" to the end of the RSS link.
(without the quotes and change the user id # to which user you want)
To RSS a specific users submissions within a category
add "&user=1&cat=503" to the end of the RSS link.
(without the quotes and change the user id # AND category id # to which user and category you want)
